Road and Bridge RestorationMyers and Sons Construction won this project through Caltrans as a prime contractor. It was bid at $1.57 million with 95 working days. The scope of work included placing and furnishing 70,761 square-feet of polyester overlay and 30,375 square feet of high friction surface treatment in Stockton at the Smith Canal Bridge and in Lathrop at the Route 5/120 seperation overhead. Work also inclued 469 linear feet of expansion joints of various sizes and 111 cubic yards of bridge approach slabs.
