Road and Bridge RestorationThe Red Bluff Project was a 5.3 mile roadway rehabilitation project on Interstate 5 near Adobe Road. The project involves renewing and upgrading the Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (PCCP) and Hot Mix Asphalt placement. Improvements were also be made to the drainage system.
