Includes 220 lineal feet of concrete pedestrian underpasses, 9 site retaining walls, 7 landscape walls, 1605 lineal feet of trails/sidewalks, storm-drain network, traffic signal improvements, temporary and final roadway construction, lighting and landscaping elements as well. The project includes the relocation of several utilities in conflict with site improvements as well as the coordination of third-party utilities and their relocations.
