East Siphon Project

June 27, 2025 This project involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the East Influent Siphon Project Phases 1 and 2. The scope includes the rehabilitation of two existing 36-inch pipelines using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner technology. A key component of the project is the implementation and maintenance of a temporary wastewater bypass system capable of handling approximately 14–16 million gallons per day (MGD) of projected dry weather flows. Additional work includes the installation of cables within existing electrical duct bank conduits located on the SBWRP site, demolition of the existing East Influent Siphon Structure, and construction of a new replacement structure. All work shall be performed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
