Road and Bridge RestorationListed as a subcontractor to Diversified Concrete Cutting, Myers and Sons was responsible for the pouring of concrete panels along Route 680 on Pleasant Hill, CA. A total of 410 CY of Rapid Set Concrete was placed in various panel locations over a mile and a half of freeway. Rapid Set Concrete has the ability to cure in approximately 3 hours, therefore concrete finishers had to remain alert and work quickly to place the concrete before letting it set too quickly. Traffic control was also a large focus in minimizing impacts to the travelling public along the busy freeway.
