Pittsburg WTP

June 27, 2025 This project involves the addition of five new filters and the conversion of the existing gaseous chlorine disinfection system to a liquid hypochlorite system. The upgrades are designed to enhance treatment capacity and improve operational safety and efficiency. The project also includes five alternate additive bid items, which consist of:

1. Equipment and media for a sixth filter
2. Construction of a new North Filter Effluent Clearwell
3. Demolition of the existing North Filter Effluent Clearwell
