NCC-Claribel Road, Phase 1

June 27, 2025 Phase 1 of the project involves the construction of a new four-lane, access-controlled expressway designed to improve regional mobility and traffic flow. This phase includes the development of a new interchange at Roselle Avenue, along with grade-separated structures that span the Burlington Northern Santa Fe rail line, Terminal Avenue, and the Modesto Irrigation District Main Canal. To ensure continued access to adjacent properties, new frontage roads will also be constructed as part of the overall infrastructure improvements.
