The Employee Lot Electric Bus Charging Project requires installation of eight electric bus chargers, two dual EV chargers, infrastructure for six future bus chargers, LADWP infrastructure construction, and pavement improvements including striping removal/restriping of parking stalls. Based on our analysis of the phasing requirements, we understand this project requires specialized expertise in:
• Phase 1: Electrical Infrastructure Construction (84 Calendar Days) - Comprehensive electrical implementation including trenching/backfill, underground utilities, and installation of panelboards and charging stations. This phase requires extensive coordination with LAWA, LADWP, LADBS, and other stakeholders, while maintaining critical employee lot access from 7:00AM to 11:00PM and preserving Pershing Drive off-ramp access.
• Phase 2: Civil and Architectural Improvements (21 Calendar Days) - Focused on pavement repairs, improvements, and comprehensive striping of lane delineators and parking stalls. This phase requires minimal operational disruption while maintaining World Way West traffic flow and all access points
